Can I return an online order if I change my mind?
For eligible online purchases, tell us you wish to cancel within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, then return them within a further 14 days. Reasonable inspection is allowed; unnecessary handling may reduce the refund. Direct change-of-mind return costs are normally yours. Exceptions can apply to genuinely bespoke or personalised goods, but ordering a standard option from a supplier does not automatically make it bespoke. What guarantee applies to a floor lamp?
Check the guarantee stated for the selected lamp and our Warranty Policy. Do not assume a guarantee advertised for another lighting category applies to every floor lamp. Your statutory rights are separate from any voluntary guarantee.
